DONT GO HERE! 1. I was extremely sick on my appointment day, I called and asked if I can get my $200 deposit as a store credit, i wasnt even asking for a refund because I understand their no refund policy. HOWEVER there's always an exception for emergency situation. I told the owner I most likely have to go to the hospital and will provide her a doctor's note. She still refused for to give me the $200 store credit! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place because the owner lack of empathy, when a business is like this you know they only go after your money. Very UNETHICAL. 2. I didnt want to waste my $200 so I sent my friend to go instead and my friend told me that the owner shaved her face with the razor after she told her countless times not to do so. After 1 week now the hair is growing back more noticeable and thicker. During the whole process all the she tried to do was selling my friend her products! Do yourself a favor and find another ethical spa to go! Good luck

I can honestly say this was the best experience and facial I have ever gotten. She is kind, gentle, sweet, caring. She welcomes you to her space with care and warmth. Its clean and impeccable. She performs a lifestyle and skin analysis to offer the best care. She utilizes a mix of techniques including aromatherapy to enhance the experience. You can tell she loves what she does . Will definitely be going again.

I’m in town for a few months working and decided to treat myself to a badly needed facial. Marvice is a wonder. She quickly diagnosed my issues (namely that my skin has dried out as I’ve aged) and gave me advice on how to course correct. She was honest, direct and specific. In the short time that I’ve seen her she’s transformed my skin. It’s so much more radiant and healthy looking. I can’t recommend her enough.

My experience at Lumiere was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an ambiance that was very serene, it felt like an instant escape from the outside world. Marvice was nothing short of amazing—she is so knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about skincare. Every product she used was very luxurious and felt like pure bliss. By the time the session was over, my skin was glowing, hydrated, and felt softer than ever. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and very happy! ✨💖✨
