Found a nail salon that my kids and I will be returning to for the foreseeable future. Their online booking is through facebook messenger and they're very responsive. I got a booking within 30mins from when I messaged. I understand it's winter and new year when I booked but I was very happy with the responsiveness. The place was very clean and they were very fast. They also had a promo where you get free paraffin wax if you get a combo. The ladies were all very nice and very friendly towards my kids and even gave them free design on their nails and treats. Other than that, the best part here is they have a price range depending on age. This is extremely valuable as my kids like doing this as a habit and for experience and their nails aren't too big and doesn't require a lot of work so to charge depending on age is definitely very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much to everyone at Lotus Nail and Spa! This was my first time visiting, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The ladies are truly amazing, so kind, warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful! I had both a pedicure and manicure, and the foot and hand care were exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Took my daughter to Lotus Nails & Spa in Red Deer for a manicure and pedicure—her first time—and they were amazing! The staff were so kind, the salon was spotless, and her nails and feet turned out beautifully. She loved it!

Welcomed in with short notice appointment. Taken straight away to a chair for a pedi. Amy was amazingly patient with me. She made me feel comfortable and assured me she could make my feet look and feel better. She sure did. Great service. Not rushed either. And as a bonus She noticed I was in need of a nail fill. Said why don't you get them done here, now and directed me to another gal, can't remember her name. She immediately fixed me up. She was also very patient with my concerns. Top notch service, not rushed. And pricing was great. I will be back and highly recommend these lovely ladies.
