Alex is an excellent physio therapist who is knowledgeable and creative. I have had chronic physical issues for over ten years and went to 3-4 physios before her getting little to no relief of my issues. I have improved my symptoms greatly since working with alex and feel very fortunate to have found her. As long as you are willing to be disciplined about doing the excercises, there's a really good chance she'll be able to help you.

I have had many different injuries and had accepted that I would not be able to move in the same manner as when I was younger. But since beginning my therapy with Alex I have seen great results in less than two months. If you follow through with the exercises she gives you , changes can still happen which has helped not only with mobility but also with a decrease in pain in many areas. Alex is so knowledgeable and a great teacher.

Alex is a great physiotherapist. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is competent, cares about her patients and enjoys what she does. I like her approach of treating the root cause of issues rather than the symptoms. Also, if recovering from surgery, I highly encourage getting her treatments for surgical scars. I had ahesions between the layers of skin/fascia under my scar and she helped restore mobility and reduce pain in that area. She did specialized training for this by getting a Functional Range Release certificate.

I really can’t recommend Alex enough! I first started seeing her for an injury I had to my lower back. I struggled with years of chronic pain and very poor mobility. I was so impressed with the time she took at each session and her extensive knowledge. Her programs are easy to follow and super effective and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I started noticing positive improvements soon after seeing her and now a few years later I’m doing better than I ever thought possible. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad that I found Alex! She is very professional and knowledgeable instructor. The way she understands how our body works, the methods she uses, her ability to explain it to the regular person amazed me! During my last visit we've discovered the way my body compensate throughout everyday movement and working out, addressed the issue, found weak and strong spots, did a proper warm-up session and much more. I'd recommend Alex to any person who is looking for an advice, program or instructions how to make their live better.
