I contacted LoneStar to change out the Poly B in our home. We had previously used them to change the Poly B in our last home. They were on time, scheduled everything ahead with me, and completed the job. It did take longer than expected, but I can appreciate that can happen. They stayed on budget and I was quite happy with the price that they offered. They did have a minor leak during the repairs, but I caught it quickly, called them, and the team turned right around and came back to fix the issue and check the damage. Fortunately there was no long term damage as I caught it within an hour. Last time we used them something similar happened, but to a larger extent, but we had the same response. They repaired all damage, had someone come immediately to the house, and checked on the status multiple times. Still happy with the service and pricing.

Lone Star was amazing for the removal of poly-b in our home last week. I dreaded the idea of the job ever since we bought the house but after Dan came by to give us a quote I knew this was the team to go with. Truly made me feel taken care of and I was provided options to minimize holes in the drywall/ceiling as well as other plumbing services for fair price. I was also reassured when Matt came by with his crew to complete the work, he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The job was completed while I was away and I am very pleased with the work I came back to and to see the key detail in his install. Definitely will use Lone Star again.

I can’t recommend LoneStar Plumbing highly enough! They came recommended by a family member and when I reached out to Dan, his response was quick and professional - and he was able to book me for the very next day to replace a leaking hot water tank. The whole process of swapping out my old tank for a new Brantford White was completely seamless. What truly stood out was the willingness of Kieran, the plumber who did the installation, to walk me through everything. As a somewhat new homeowner with no history of the appliances in my home, I had plenty of questions. Kieran took the time to answer all of my questions: how the tank works, the control panel, how to drain it annually to extend its life, and what’s involved in replacing the sacrificial anode rod (which I’ll be hiring them back to do, when it is time). It’s rare to find a company that delivers speed, professionalism, and genuine customer education all in one. Knowing Lone Star Plumbing has been trusted in Calgary for decades only reinforces my confidence. Dan and Kieran - THANK YOU! Lone Star is now my go-to for all plumbing needs.

My husband and I moved to a condo a few months ago and we wanted to install hand-held showers. Through a recommendation from someone in the bathroom accessory business we contacted Lone Star Plumbing. We are so happy we did! Our first contact person was Jasmine who researched the necessary parts and booked our appointments. She was courteous and efficient. Grant was the plumber who came and did the work for us. Grant was punctual, answered all of our questions and knew what he was doing. Lone Star Plumbing will be our choice for all our plumbing needs from now on!

Just had the best experience using Lone Star Plumbing!! I called last week after a neighbour highly recommended them when I had told her I was having issues finding someone to help and stressing out due to hosting an event of over 30 people at our place the next weekend and our toilet not always flushing. They booked us in a few days later with Grant showing up first thing in the morning (even a bit early! :))to see about making some adjustments to fix it. In the end, my husband and I decided we'd like to replace it with a toilet we'd have more confidence in and under Grant's instruction, I immediately got on the phone and with Jasmine's help I finally chose the toilet we wanted! She was SO patient, kind and personable helping me with my multiple phone calls, working through my choices together and sending me information on each of them with a couple of other brands as well, along with prices that included labour and installation. A few hours later Jasmine called to let me know Grant was picking up the toilet and would be back in about an hour. YAY!! SUCH A RELIEF!! Grant was also super amazing and so very knowledgeable in what he does. He was so kind and friendly and had the old toilet out and the new toilet in place in no time and it works AWESOME! We are SO unbelievably appreciative and happy with the work Grant did and that he was able to come back the same day. You can definitely tell when talking to him and watching him work he takes pride in what he does. We are so grateful they were recommended to us! We will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to everyone!
