I brought my car here for icbc claims in 2024 and I really wish I didn't. To start they left my car parked around the block out of sight from their shop unlocked with the window down after hours. They left multiple bolts loose and missing, the plastic under tray was dragging on the ground, and the door panel wasnt on properly. Among other things, there were multiple drips, paint runs, dust under the paint, The PLASTIC bumpers somehow have specks of rust under the clear coat, and the clear coat is peeling where they tried to sand down/fix drips and runs. They have excuses for everything, and their response to my concerns was essentially, what do you expect its a 30 year old car. They did extra work that shouldn't have been done, and refuse to warranty it any longer, so now it will be coming out of my own pocket to fix. Their customer service is great until you have concerns, and then they take weeks to respond to an email and speak to you like you are stupid. Its clear they can do good work based on other reviews, however the quality of work on my vehicle makes that hard to believe.
