Never go anywhere else for a passport photo in Victoria. Literally a 3 second walk from the passport office and way way better than going to a pharmacy or Walmart.

I got passport photos for myself and my 6-month-old son. The customer service was so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, especially in light of my little one. Another bonus is that it is right next to the passport office.

I chose this place because their website claimed they take the best-looking ID photos, so I expected something special. However, the photo I received looked very average — no different from what you would get at London Drugs. The service was quick, and I did get my ID photo within about five minutes, but the price was $44, which is quite high. My friends had their photos done elsewhere for a much lower price.

*Edit, changing to 1 star. Pretty sure the dimensions are wrong!!! A friend needed the same pictures and got them at london drugs for over $50 cheaper. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. A complete waste of almost $80, terrible practice. Went in and they took the picture immediately, unsure if they are going to be valid, they seemed like there was lots of glare, but I assumed they would know best. I needed images for a different country (visas), but the woman working there was very confused. She googled the requirements, but used the AI google answer, hopefully all turns out okay. So definitely do not rely on them for anything other than Canada passports. The woman working was very confused on the whole process, hopefully she is new? She kept getting confused by the math, and did not know how many pairs would make 8. Little concerning that staff do not know 4x2 is 8... She changed the amount owed 3 times during the course of our interaction, and the receipt is non-descriptive. After all her math skills prior I do hope I was charged the correct amount. I wont know if these will work until I am across the world, so hopefully, but I have low hopes and may have paid $80 for nothing...
