I booked a New Year’s Eve appointment with Kirsty after being referred by a friend, confirmed via email and text. I arranged my plans around it. At the last minute, I received a brief text simply saying my appointment was canceled, no explanation, no alternative offered. When I went to the salon afterward, the only response I got was, “I’m only human, and you need to understand.” Canceling this way caused major disruption and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for a client’s time. If the roles were reversed, this would be considered unacceptable, and in many salons clients are charged for last-minute cancellations.
