This place is amazing, The owner made good on fixing an issue. She was very polite, professional and I’m a very happy customer. She did an absolute amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be a returning customer. Can’t wait to try a different style next time

Hands down, the best hair salon in Red Deer for braids, extensions, and wigs! (And they also have an incredibly talented barber ✂️). Adema is not only one of the most gifted stylists I’ve ever met, but also one of the sweetest 💗 Her daughter is equally talented, kind, and so helpful 💕 We had my daughter’s hair braided somewhere else before, and while it was okay, it wasn’t quite what we had hoped for. Finding Adema has been such a blessing 🙏🏽 Thank you so much, we couldn’t be happier! ☺️✨ P.S. There is a Latin supermarket and restaurant right beside Leone's... Best tacos I've ever had !! 🌮

I will say they were super friendly and super nice i got boho braids done and i love them! As also being a white female they didnt have any judgement towards me which i had been worried about and they treated me just like family. Id 100% recommend going there, great business, great prices and great quality braids! I will probably be going there again! but as a customer anyone who does like braids they do a bunch of different styles and their great with time so for sure recommend!

If you’re a Black woman with 4C hair looking for a real silk press, save yourself the time, money, and emotional damage because this is not the place. I booked a silk press service expecting, you know… an actual silk press. What I got instead was a glorified blow-dry and flat iron situation that had my hair asking, “Is this it?” No proper technique, no deep conditioning, no product layering, no attempt at proper heat protection — just vibes. The moment I realized they didn’t actually know what a silk press was, I should’ve gotten up. But I stayed seated, trusting the process like a hopeful client that has dedicated her time and money . Big mistake. Huge. And to top it off, they tried to overcharge me for the confusion.-Infact they did overcharge me even after previous discussion ( just know this is also an act of scamming as well) Bottom line: if you don’t know how to handle natural 4C hair, especially for something as specific as a silk press, don’t offer the service. And if you value your crown(hair) like I do, go somewhere that respects it and also the owner makes nasty comments towards being African which just shows you how unprofessional they are. I am glad that I spoke up and will continue to do so through word of mouth like I usually do. A silk press should not look like it’s just a blowout and do not ever get a “trim” here because I’m pretty sure my ends were not done properly. Tip for staff: undergo actual training for certain services or name it something else. It is also unfortunate we do not have a lot of places in Red Deer offering hair services for women of color but I’d rather be patient and go to a different city next time than come to this place again!

My daughter has beautiful long hair and for some reason it decided to knot. When I say knot I mean knot really bad. My wife is good at looking after her hair and spent 2 days ( about 20 plus hours. No way was it coming out . I called Leone’s beauty shop and she told me to come right away . We got there and they got her in a set and went to work. About 2 hours later my daughter and I was so happy with the job they done . Thanks to these ladies for a great job. They also gave her a special gift with her hair. Awesome ladies
