Lovely studio where the staff really try to make you feel at home. I'm not much of a spin person so most of my experiences are in the HIIT room. Other people will rave about all the classes and how they will kick your butt (in a good way, and I agree totally!), but I want to take a min to talk about Kathy, who teaches the Sunday Yin yoga class. Kathy is a damn gift from above. She is so gentle and funny. Having been a high level athlete most of my life, I've never been one to take slower classes, but Kathy's class just makes my week. In other yoga studios I have felt the need to push myself and not fall behind, but Kathy's gentle guidance and honesty really assure you that it is okay to take breaks, make adjustments, and do what you need to do. I've been to hundreds of fitness classes over the years and leaving Kathy's yoga class on Sundays leaves me feeling like a better person. Also, there is free underground parking (first come first serve), which helps with the location being so central.

Very clean gym with excellent programming and premium equipment. The classes are challenging and you will definitely get into good shape if you stay consistent here! The locker room and shower area is very clean as well, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Perhaps the nicest I've ever seen. League is definitely worth it !

I've been coming here for over a year and love the variety of classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and upbeat. The location and free parking are great! I will say that the instructors love to blast their music but they provide ear plugs. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to this studio for a few months now and love it! I used to use class pass to get variety of workouts and it's so expensive to actually go to all the different places regularly. League has it all! Their strength classes are so challenging and the sculpt class is killer. All of the instructors are so kind, helpful and very knowledgable. Absolute pro's on this team. The studio itself is super clean and very well maintained. The lights are low which I appreciate, as the aggressive lighting at F45 is a bit much at 6am! I highly recommend this place if you like a lot of variety of classes and want to simplify your workout routine. I wish I joined sooner!

Fabulous studio, very clean and welcoming have everything that you need! Lockers for your things, a towel and you get to pick whichever bike you want in spin class. Would recommend Maggie's spin class it will be one of the best spin classes you ever attend and the best part of your day, she really gets you to put in the work and KILLS it on the music !!
