I highly recommend Jim Wittstrom!!! After a car accident left me with a wrist injury that was affecting my daily life, Jim helped me get back to full function step by step. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your recovery—not just rushing you through sessions. Jim took the time to explain what was going on with my wrist, adjusted the treatment plan as I improved, and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly and safely. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, my wrist strength and mobility improved far more than I expected. Mona Rae Peterson is an excellent massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why, and gives recommendations for when you leave. She really understands her clients and tailors the treatment to what your body needs. I always leave feeling better and more informed. Highly recommend! The best! (and other people I know also say she is the best!)

Jim Wittstrom at Tower Physio is an absolutely amazing physio and person. I had been dealing with an injury for several months Jim took countless hours of attention to get me back to health. Jim’s care for his patients is unmatched and the energy he brings is unbelievable. He always has a positive attitude listening to me and wanting to make a difference with my health! I would highly recommend anyone at tower physio but specifically Jim he does an amazing job and truly cares about his patients!
