Update: Thank-you very much for your response...I will change my rating to a more favorable one... hopefully this is a one-time unfortunate event. - Absolutely ridiculous! Made an appointment for a filling and a cleaning...they reached out to us and asked if we could come earlier...No problem! We'll be there, get it done with sooner! 👍 BUT, they only wanted the convenience to be for the dentist! They didn't reschedule the hygienist!! Which means we sat there for 2½ hours for being nice people and accommodating THEM! Shameful! YOUR time and money means nothing to them, THEIR time and money is what matters!

Every one of the staff members- from the front receptionist to the booking receptionist are all very polite, professional and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door of Lawson Dental, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who welcomes you. The wait time before being called in to the appointment was very short. Hygienist Kim is excellent at her job and is really personable making you feel comfortable, as well as explaining things to you throughout the process during the appointment. Dr. Taylor is excellent, she’s a very caring and amazing dentist. She explains everything really well during any procedure, allowing you to be a part of the decision of what needs to be done. I highly recommend Lawson Dental to anyone looking for a dentist that truly listens to you and does great work, along with a team that delivers a caring, personal and professional service.

I only have good things to say about them. My first time there in November 2020. They could accommodate me within a day! Starting from the receptionists to the doctor, technicians and hygienist, everyone was polite, patient and nice! Keeping everything clean and tidy. Maintaining the covid regulations! Highly recommended

Great! Excellent facility. Love the decor. Very clean and tidy. Staff and services are spot on. Best dental care team we have experienced todate! They do direct billing to insurance. Super easy as a first time patient.
