My husband visited today. He was in line at the office to get change. The older white guy working was friendly and personable with the white costomer ahead of my husband. However the employee's demeaner changed and he was cold with my husband who is black. I encourage that employee to treat people equally. I will probably make a point to drive to another car wash in another neightbour (because why should a car wash feel racist.)

I have been to this auto spa many times, including this evening when it was quite cold outside. The attendant was very considerate, helping customers back out of their spots as it was difficult to see at times because of the vapor/condensation. Very helpful! In my experience, this carwash is always very clean and well maintained.

I’ve been a customer here for at least 2 times a month for the past 3 years. Really felt like giving this place a 1-star, but opted to a 2. Today, April 8th 2025, I decided to take my car here for a quick 15-20 minute wash. The chap with the goatee and the blue jays hat guided me in, which I offered him a bill for him to exchange, since it was a bit busy. He said “we don’t do that”, and gestured to the office. Fair enough, so I get the bill swapped out for some toonies, and get a microfibre towel. Rinsed off my car and decided to do the door jambs before I vacuum. The guy with the goatee said “you cannot do that here, we have the parking lot for that”. Why do you guys sell towels if you don’t let your customers use them?? I then said I’m just wrapping up, and he said the exact same thing in a snarkier voice. I still had to vacuum but I decided I wouldn’t, due to the guy being all up tight with me (through out the whole interaction). I hope the owner sees this review and has a word or two with this older chap. I’m never going there again!

Excellent car wash, great water pressure, soap along with very clean stalls. Staff is very friendly and you always receive a smile. “Your vehicle goes in dirty and comes out clean”. I would definitely recommend.

Place is mid. Good water pressure. With a sedan expect to pay about 6 bucks to wash your car. Nice stalls. The staff is alright too. Glad they had the instructions on the wall cuz the machines only take toonies. Problem is..........I'm pretty sure they don't allow you to wipe your car down as I was kicked out. It wasn't that busy. All the stalls were taken, but no cars outside were in line to wash their car. Not entirely sure what happened there. I'll probably be back but definitely going to look for another car wash that allows you to wipe your car down. But the place does stay open everyday........so that's a plus.
