Vanessa went absolutely above and beyond - she exceeded my expectations and I am so impressed with her attention to detail and her expertise and how it transferred to my hair. I came in looking to fix what a different salon had done, and she listened to my concerns and desires for what I was looking to achieve. Vanessa was conservative with my hair length and did a strand test to see where my hair was at before moving forward which I really appreciated. She completed a full colour correction, maintained the integrity of my hair and talked me through the process every step of the way. I felt really heard and am so grateful for all of the steps she took that resulted in my goal hair. I will definitely be back for my future services. Thank you, Vanessa!

I don't get my hair done often enough to have a regular stylist, however, today may have changed that for me. I was orginially booked with one of their talented ladies, but upon taking a look at my hair and inspiration, she passed me on to another stylist, whom she believed would be better suited to what i wanted. It was a good feeling to know that these people are in it for the love of what they do and not trying to force an outcome when it just wasn't meant to be. I felt very taken care of through every moment of my appointment. In the end, Vanessa transformed my hair with a gorgeous butterfly cut. She was intentional and attentive and it was very clear that she wanted me to have the best possible experience today. I truly appreciated every moment of her work. I feel so beautifully transformed. Amazing experience, the owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming and understanding! They helped me and my hair and got it looking its best for my anniversary at a reasonable price! They also offered me coffee, tea, or water. It was great. So relaxing, would recommend! Definitely would come back!

Olivia Buksa is an extraordinarily talented stylist. She is careful, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Her knowledge of colour formulas, hair types, and trends is strong and I always feel confident leaving my hair in her hands. She has perfected my auburn colour formula and does a brilliant job with application and styling. The value Olivia brings to Lavish Salon can not be undersold. She keeps track of trends and ensures that you are selecting the colour and style that is right for you. Olivia is a wonderful person, a great conversationalist, and can (without fail) be trusted with your hair!

Amazing experience with Mackenzie ! I’m new to the area and this was the highest rated and closest to me so I impulsively book an appointment and I’m super glad I chose lavish! I got to meet the owner Liz as well who was so sweet. Mackenzie was a great person and did a phenomenal job on my hair!! Lifted my dark brown/black hair to a blonde with two bleaching then toned and coloured. The colour she choose was sooo pretty. I’ve gotten so many compliments!!! I have nothing but good things to say and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer to lavish from now on.
