Nothing but praise for the ladies at Elevate Evolve Serenity Spa! The staff and atmosphere is very welcoming and professional from the moment you walk through the door. I have been a lash extension client for almost 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Truly a place of serenity and restoration for me!

Very disappointed in their mega lashes, went in for a fill of mega volume lashes and when I left my lashes where shorter than when I went in, I get my lashes done a lot this was no mega volume definitely not worth 160$. Very very disappointed. You young lady never asked me anything about how I like them or anything. I eventually just told her but this was a bad experience, I was very sad when I looked in the mirror hoped it would look nicer the next day but still disappointed after I woke up don’t think I’ll be back. Definitely not worth the money I spent

I had to stop wearing lash extensions for quite some time due to allergies and sensitivities. As we were preparing for a holiday, I wanted lashes for the trip, but honestly didn’t expect to be able to continue with them. I assumed it would be a one-time thing because of how sensitive my eyes had become. Kim took the time to truly listen to my concerns. With the use of barrier creams and UV lighting, she was able to create a beautiful set of lashes with minimal reaction—something I didn’t think was possible! Encouraged by that experience, I decided to try a fill to see if I could continue wearing them. I then began seeing Brielle S., and she has not only perfected my lash look, but completely eliminated my sensitivity issues. Brielle genuinely listens and goes above and beyond to care for her clients. She adjusted everything—from the tape to the eye pads—and did all she could to ensure my comfort. I’m so grateful for her expertise and thoughtful approach. Brielle is a kind, professional, and truly talented lash artist who clearly cares deeply about her clients’ experience and well-being. Thanks to her, I can now wear lashes again without any itching or irritation—and I couldn’t be happier! Brielle, your level of professionalism is exceptional, and so are you. 💖 This team of lash ladies is by far the BEST in Lloydminster!

After trying out 4 lash locations in town, I can easily say this is the best spot to go. The results for a lash lift and tint last longer and look better than anywhere else I've gotten them done. Plus every conversation I've had was personable and honestly just enjoyable. Thanks guys! ❤️

Wow! If you want a set of lashes that will last and make you feel like a celebrity every time you look In the mirror… this is the place! I have gone to two other places and both I would be looking like Kermit the frog 1 week in, and my fills were nearly new sets every 2-3 weeks ! I’ve seen both Keyara and Dawson and after 3 weeks they are still looking like a new set ! Definitely worth the investment! Thanks lash lounge for making me more confident in my everyday life knowing that what ever comes my way …my lashes will still look fire 🔥
