Leaving this review on my husbands Google account as I don’t have one. Initially, my experience with Laserology was good, very friendly, until I raised concerns and then my experience shifted dramatically. I have put a lot of money into treatments over the years that have worked and others that have not worked and sometimes it can feel so frustrating because it is hard earned money. With that said, I have never left negative review until now. I came in wanting one liverspot and two small brown spots removed. The owner told me I needed a scan of my face and proceeded to show me all the other problem areas I should treat and while I felt like I couldn’t afford it I went ahead with her suggestion to do a photo facial. 2 weeks after, I realized nothing had changed and large and small, all spots still there except one very small red spot. She told me I should come back in 4 weeks and they would retreat the areas. I booked in around 5 weeks post and received a call from the owner right away. She seemed angry that she had to treat me again and told me she had an impeccable track record and all I had to do was look at her 5 star reviews(in her words) and that she couldn’t guarantee results. I wish she had told me that prior to my initial treatment as I was told initially my smaller spots weren’t a concern and my large liver spot would likely be a one and done (in her words). The tone of the call was condescending and I ultimately opted not to proceed with the do over as I didn’t want to place myself into an uncomfortable and awkward position.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company due to my experience. I will see another company soon where a physician will examine my lesions before treating them with laser, this I feel is important and I am glad I searched and found them.

The ladies at Laserology are great! They know their skin products and do their absolute best to make sure you have a positive experience when you are with them! I’ve been to them twice now and seen both ladies! I’d highly recommend them to help you take care of your skin!

Raelene and Amber are always so professional and make me feel comfortable at each visit. I have used their laser hair removal service and am beyond happy with my results. The Black Card membership is also definitely worth it. I highly recommend Laserology!
