I have been a patient of Dr. Bakken for six years, originally seeking treatment for acne. From the beginning, I found Dr. Bakken to be kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. With her expertise and the excellent care provided by her staff, my skin has transformed resulting in clear, healthy skin I never thought possible. Beyond dermatology, Dr. Bakken has also provided compassionate medical care on several occasions. She listens attentively, takes concerns seriously, and has even expedited referrals to specialists when needed, which I truly appreciate. In addition, I have trusted Dr. Bakken with Botox and Juvederm treatments. She takes the time to ensure precision and flawless results. Her skill and attention to detail are exceptional, and I have always been very satisfied with the outcomes. The clinic itself is warm, modern, and inviting, with a wide selection of high-quality medical skincare products including ZO, Pro-Derm, Jane Iredale, and SkinMedica. I am deeply grateful for the care I have received from Dr. Bakken and her team, and I would confidently recommend her clinic to anyone seeking both medical and cosmetic dermatology services.

I was very excited for my IPL appointment today, only to come to a locked office. I called Dr. Bakken, she said I didn’t have an appointment. I DID! But… her New esthetician was fired a few days ago. I’m honestly surprised she didn’t quit sooner. My friend was in the waiting room when I was in 10 days ago, he couldn’t believe how mean the Doctor was to her staff. She’s definitely hard to work for, she treated me like it wasn’t possible that I had an appointment. She’s definitely hard is now incapable of doing a lot of treatments due to her not having a Medical Esthetician on staff. I know that finding new staff that can catch on to everything all at once is not easy. I will not return to this establishment after I spent over $100 on products, only to be stood up and disregarded.
