I want to personally thank all the staff here. You are all so kind . Thank you for helping me get back on track with my teeth and helping through taking all these steps. I really appreciate it. It’s a welcoming place and everyone is so pleasant. I am glad I chose this dentist . 100% recommend.

Needed 4 appointment to do a cleaning after 2 years from my last appointment. Coverage covered one but im not paying another grand for them to spend four hours cleaning. Find somewhere else.

I had to switch to another dentist. Nice and professional staff but zero results. I went in for a cleaning and assessment, they spotted several cavities and recommended wisdom tooth removal. They tried to remove my wisdom tooth and failed, referred me to an oral surgeon. I came back for fillings which resulted in a lot of pain in my tooth. I came back 4 separate times for relief and they adjusted my bite 4 times. That only made the problem worse. I made another appointment regarding the pain and they wanted to refer me to another service again, at an additional cost. I am fed up and can’t chew properly. I spent a lot of money here this year and the only positive results I got were from other services.

I am writing this review today to share my story how Dr. Erika Sirois and the Lakewood Dental team has helped me regain my dental health again. At the previous Dental Office I used to go to, there was uncertainty, poor quality work and at times, outright unprofessionalism. I felt like a number being rushed through as the dentist was always concerned with every counting billable minute, not regarding if I had been properly frozen before starting the dental work. He would even ream his assistants out in front of me if they made minor mistakes. It was an awful experience and I was desperate to find a new way as I was so unhappy and dissatisfied with the quality of work and environment. After confronting the dentist twice to improve his behavior and act like a professional, I was in search of a new dentist. Here’s where the story begins. I booked at Lakewood Dental not knowing who the dentists were or what care I would receive, but I needed to start somewhere. This is where I met Dr. Erika Sirois. Right from the first meeting you could tell that she had care and compassion for her patients. I felt at ease as we discussed my previous horrible experiences, and she assured me, not with her words, but with her actions that I wouldn’t have to to go through this again. She began the rigorous task of repairing all of my problems one by one, meticulously making a plan with me which had never happened in the past. This has been a few years now that I’ve been seeing her or as we joke two of her children have been born since she has been my dentist. In saying that, when she would go on mat leave, I would get anxiety as I had become so comfortable with her care. I was worried what would happen while she was gone, but I totally understood the situation as she was growing her beautiful family. If I had anything occur that required a dentist, the other doctors stepped in, and I got the same level of care. I do not feel stressed or worried anymore as the entire staff of Lakewood Dental have always taken care of every need I have, and are very pleasant to deal with while I am there. I now look forward to seeing them which was never a case in the past, going to the dentist. In closing I want to share one last story. Recently while I was out of the country I had broke my front bridge on a nightmare trip where everything and anything could go wrong including flights, hotels, etc. so this broken bridge was just the topping on the cake. Previously, I would’ve been scared of the outcome, but I knew before even going there, Dr. Sirois would take care of this . When I got home, I immediately went to see her and believe it or not she actually fixed that bridge impeccably that you could not even tell it was broken. Keep in my mind these are my two top front teeth. Because of her expertise, she’s very busy these days at the dental office so to accommodate me, she even came in on a day off to ensure she could help me regain my confidence and smile again in a very timely fashion. I hate to say it, but in today’s day and age that is a rarity. At the end of the day, I have my new bridge installed, and my belief in humanity restored. I can only offer you this when you read this review, I am not a person to give props where they are not due. In fact, I am more likely to give a bad review.. Lakewood Dental is a 10/10 dental office, and I highly regard, respect and recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Lakewood Dental! I have been meaning to write a review for a while, as I have been coming here for easily the last decade, if not longer. I have always had such a good experiences with all the admin staff, dental assistants, and doctors. I have had a chronic fear of needles and dental procedures for as long as I can remember, and the staff has always been so accommodating. From numbing gels, nitrous oxide, and prescription anxiety medications, they have always been very understanding and gracious about what I need for each visit to ensure I am comfortable and that the procedures go smoothly. I have had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, several cavities corrected, filling replaced, x-rays, cosmetic correction for a chipped tooth, and all my routine cleanings. The staff truly care about you as a person, and your dental health. They take the time to get to know you personally, and constantly check in during the procedures to ensure you are doing okay. They greet you by name at the front desk when you arrive, ensure that your insurance and billing is as smooth as possible for the end of your appointment. They even give follow up calls after procedures to ensure that all is healing up well! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a new dental clinic, or also has a fear of needles/dental procedures. I look forward to my future visits with Lakewood Dental and their incredible team!
