My kitty Dally had to go in for emergency surgery and I was suggested lake city by a vet technician friend and I had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Banger examined and immediately found the issue he was flexible and understanding. This animal hospital treats your pets like their own are highly knowledgeable and follow up with the owners regularly on updates on your pet. Dally and I are extremely thankful for everything Lakecity has done for us thank you 🙏

Me and my brothers cat (kuro) was really sick, not eating at all and very lethargic. Rushed there and they were surprisingly able to get me in right away, the whole staff was amazing. Reception and other staff were so warm and kind, the doctors were clearly knowledgeable, swift, and understanding. Didn’t try to push unnecessary diagnostics, would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that asks, first time I’ve been able to walk into a clinic and have such confidence and certainty things would be okay.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience here today! This is not our regular vet but our 3 year old nervous rescue pup had suspected conjunctivitis- he’s a complicated case as he has congenital corneal defects, cataracts in both eyes and impaired vision. Being a Saturday both our regular vet and Scout’s eye specialist were both closed so I called and explained Scout’s situation and our concerns. The person who took my call was lovely, patient and informative and was able to get Scout in for an appointment within 2 hours. My partner brought Scout in and said this office and the entire team was wonderful, caring and extremely thorough. Dr. Joshi took such great care of Scout, was able to diagnose and provide the required meds! The cost was extremely reasonable for his emergency appointment on a Saturday, additional eye test and medication - it was on par with what we would pay for a regular appointment at our vet! Thank you for the fantastic care - we truly appreciate it! I will be booking Scout’s follow up appointment here. This clinic is a real asset to West Kelowna.

A great experience with Dr. B and the team!!! We recently brought our dog Buck in and were really impressed. Dr. B has such a big heart — it’s clear he truly cares about the animals he sees. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the whole place just feels comfortable. We felt like Buck (our Bernadoodle) was in great hands and got a thoughtful, honest assessment. So glad to have found this locally owned clinic — you can tell the people behind it genuinely care about what they do. Thanks again Lake City!

Lake City Animal Hospital has been where I’ve been taking my girls Cleo and Nyx. They’ve always been amazing to work with, especially when Cleo had been feeling unwell a couple of months ago. They’re always quick to get us in. Staff are always super friendly. We recently lost our young girl Nyx, unexpectedly in an accident, and the front desk lady was so kind and gentle when I arranged to bring her body in and when I came to pick up her ashes. The staff had written a card and included her paw prints inside with everything else. We appreciated it so much. Thank you for the work you guys do ❤️
