A delightful experience. My sister and I decided to treat ourselves with a head spa package at lake land Spa. All the service that we received was outstanding! We were greeted warmly and got exactly what we paid for. The head spa treatment was perfect. Hour n half of pure relaxation. The spa and facilities were lovely as well. Highly recommended.

I had the dermaplaning facial and absolutely loved the results! My skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and so refreshed. The treatment was gentle, relaxing, and done very professionally. My makeup applied flawlessly afterward, and my skin had such a healthy glow. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. These girls are stellar!! I’ve been going to Nav for waxing and eyebrows for 10 years. Her and all the girls are so sweet and charming and make me feel so comfortable as soon as I walk in the doors. I love all of the services that are offered and love trying new things. I recommend everyone I know to come here and they never disappoint!

Love Preet did an awful job. The music cut out twice and played loud ad during my massage, then the 2nd time it happened, the music was off for 5 minutes and she spent that time fiddling with her phone. Her long nails were lightly scratching me during the massage. I asked her to massage me harder and she could not figure out how to go harder. She went really slow and really light and made me extremely frustrated trying to explain a simple request to her. Then she had the nerve to ask for a tip after all her mistakes. And she cut me 7 minutes short on massage time on top of all her mistakes. Never seeing Love Preet again, and do not recommend her as a message therapist.
