Larissa brought me back to life! After dealing with some frustrating health issues and feeling like I wanted to give up, I booked a private with the owner and ended up buying classes to attend. Her energy and ability to hold space is beautiful. The vibes in her studio or something you must experience. If you haven't tried a class here, I highly recommend it!

I just had the most relaxing and introspective session with Rosie, and I honestly didn’t expect it to be this healing. Her energy is incredibly grounding — she creates a space where you can fully let go, breathe, and actually hear yourself again. Today’s class helped me release tension I didn’t even realize I was still carrying, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. Rosie guides you so gently but so intentionally, and you can feel how much she cares about her practice and the people in her class. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape or a moment to reconnect with yourself, I can’t recommend a session with Rosie enough. She’s truly amazing. 💛

I absolutely love this yoga studio! It’s the perfect blend of cozy and warm, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in.
