Nikki is very knowledgeable and extremely professional! She brings a fun energy and a warm disposition that definitely helps to offset the pain of laser. I was a bundle of nerves going into our first session, but she went above and beyond to put me at ease. She is unrushed, communicates through the entire process, and she answers all questions honestly and without judgement. Whatever it is that you need removed, big or small, this is the right person to trust to get you feeling comfortable in your skin again.

Location is easy to access, space is clean & inviting, and Nikki is seriously the kindest human. She makes the laser process as easy as possible. She checks in on how you're feeling and updates what area she is working on and how much left to go. If you have a bigger piece or it's where you can't see, this is so helpful. Definitely go to Nikki for your laser needs, I can't say enough good things about my experience!

Nikki is so amazing! She is professional yet warm. I can tell she genuinely cares about my well being and wanted to give me the most effective treatment possible. Her office is very comfortable, clean, and has such good vibes. I would always leave my appointment with a smile on my face - which is saying a lot considering tattoo removal isn’t usually perceived as the most fun process! I experienced great removal results and highly recommend Labyrinth Laser :)

This is my first laser journey and Nikki has made it AMAZING! The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and she’s always willing to answer questions and explain the process in depth. Every time I’m in her chair I feel safe and cared for.

I have had 2 sessions so far with Nikki and am already seeing improvement. We are lightening my tattoo just enough so it is easier to cover up with a new tattoo. Absolutely adore her. Room is clean and I love the aesthetic. For those worried about the pain: Yes, it hurts. But it's only a couple minutes and I'm a free bird again. Personally, didn't experience any blistering or scabbing even though I know it's a possibility. We will probably hit it harder my next session and I'm alright with that :)
