I worked with this company as an independent sales contractor and my experience was extremely frustrating. After projects were completed there was a prolonged dispute regarding commission payments and access to the job costing documentation required to reconcile those commissions. Despite repeated requests over several months, I was never provided with basic accounting documentation such as total revenue collected, supplier invoices, or a proper job costing report. Instead, only informal email summaries listing vendor names and amounts were sent. This dragged on for months without being resolved. Based on my experience, anyone considering working with or hiring this company should proceed with caution and ensure all terms, accounting, and documentation requirements are clearly defined in writing.

We recently hired Kymand Roofing for a full roof replacement and were very impressed with the entire experience. From the initial roofing inspection to the final walkthrough, their team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the condition of our old roof, the materials available, and what would work best for our home. The roof replacement was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly throughout, and made sure our property was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was done. I do and will recommend Kymand Roofing any day, any time. Kymand did my roof a three years ago. In the last few months there's been torrential rains and leaks appeared. Kymand not only came out to diagnose the problem but discovered other areas that could potentially leak .they advised us that they would repair everything they discovered including repairing any and all inside damages the leaks caused. Cole, the supervisor we dealt with, was incredibly professional, clear, and diligent in his communications. Once the roofers reassessed the roof a second time they decided to redo nearly 1/3 of the initial roof on their own... amazing! Every commitment he made was completed in the time frames he stated. Refunds for expenses we incurred were honoured promptly. Again, Kymand is the roofer we recommend if you want a quality job done at a reasonable price and the peace of mind that they will stand by their work 100%.

Kymand Roofing worked on my neighbors house, they parked their trailer in front of my driveway all day, blocking my car from leaving. Then left dozens of staples, nails, and screws on the road where the trailer was parked. If the don't clean up after themselves, what else don't they do?
