Kuva Wellness is an unreal experience. Cold plunge and sauna right on Okanagan Lake is hard to beat — the setting alone is next level. Everything is clean, thoughtfully designed, and feels premium without being pretentious. The contrast therapy is incredible, and finishing a sauna session with a plunge followed by that lake view is something special. The team clearly cares about the experience and it shows in the details. If you’re into wellness, recovery, or just want a reset with one of the best views in the Okanagan, Kuva is a must. I’ll definitely be back.
