I really appreciated the work that was done by the young lady who works for Kooler. I needed work done at my residence. She arrived at my home promptly on three occasions. After finding and examining the issues, she ran me through what needed to be done. She ensured the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The young lady was polite and professional. Based on the young ladies performance, I will continue to call upon Kooler if and when issues arise. GREAT JOB, APRIL!!!!!

We called Kooler Group with a furnace issue. They set us up to have April come have a look & she was awesome! She was polite, prompt, knowledgeable & figured out our heating dilemma with ease. We highly recommend!

I recommend Kooler for your Heating/AC needs. I appreciate that after some looking and much frustration with our geothermal system that they had the skills and were able to keep it going when others weren't interested which is why we chose Kooler for a new install. Chris, Ken and Krew left us very satisfied with the install but the whole outfit is top tier and helped us when others couldn't 👌

Ken and his partner came an hour out of the city to put in a propane furnace for us. They were friendly and very good to work with, and even vacuumed and swept up when they finished the job. We didn't have to wait long for them to start or finish the project. We won't hesitate to contact them again, and recommend them to anyone needing a furnace in Yorkton and surrounding area. -Greg and Pam

This a great company! They came in checked out our out furnace. They did their measuring and drawing for the new furnace and what they needed. Answered the questions we had, told us what would be done. Let us know how they could attach our ac to the new furnace without a hose running to the drain to make it a trip free hazard. Gave us pamphlets on what would be our new furnace. They also let us know what we could add on if we’d like. By the end of that day they had a quote ready for us. They do not harass you with phone calls. Very patient company. Installing, they don’t leave till it’s done! Highly recommend this company!

We dealt with a few different companies over the years. Kooler BY FAR went above and beyond to help us solve a few serious issues we were having. April over saw everything from the issues with our well to septic issues and smiled all the way. That lady is not afraid to work hard and get dirty. Highly recommend Kooler and April for the amazing job she did for our family!!!!!

They just upgraded my older than I am furnace and April made it beyond easy giving me steps to take to helping me get everything they need to replace it done as quickly and efficiently as possible! Super friendly service from her. Can’t thank her and her coworkers enough for replacing my furnace and all the work along with it as quickly as they did all in one day before the extreme cold hit. April helping me get things moving so quickly and easily to help me out made it so easy especially juggling like with a 5 month old. Can’t rave enough about their work and clean up job! Thanks again for the quick and efficient job!
