I was a client at their previous location, the 5th Ave Club. The new location is on 6th Ave, right behind the former one. It offers many of the same features but with a slightly different layout. The gym has two floors: the main level houses all the machines, which are high quality and well maintained, while the upstairs area is dedicated to martial arts, cables, and dumbbells. The crowd is mostly professionals, so the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed—hopefully it stays that way. Everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and respectful, which makes it a pleasant place to train. Another great advantage is that a membership here also gives you access to their other locations in Calgary, which adds a lot of flexibility depending on where you are in the city.

Bright and clean gym with deadlift stations, squat racks, plenty of turf, and a Smith machine. Signing up only takes a few minutes, and they offer simple 24/7/365 access. There's a large number of pay-as-you-go options to choose from, with six-month and year-long packages that make other downtown gyms look foolish. Highly recommend.

This gym was built by serious lifters who care. The equipment, sauna, playlist, etc, everything is awesome. The app is cool too, it keeps stats for how often you come and things like that. I will say the lighting is a bit harsh, it would be awesome if it could be dimmed a bit. Overall very impressed! Happy to have found this gym.
