Kinetik Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary clinic in Saskatoon that provides occupational therapy, physical therapy, exercise therapy, and psychology services for individuals and corporate clients. The clinic delivers longer treatment sessions of 30‑60 minutes, uses state‑of‑the‑art facilities including an onsite pool, gymnasium and 24‑hour food service, and focuses on functional restoration across physical and mental health needs. The clinic’s 48,000 sq ft space on the 8th floor of Saskatoon City Hospital offers a full‑size gymnasium, therapy pool and 24‑hour food service. It serves clients across Saskatchewan.

I have just completed post-total knee replacement therapy at Kinetik and I could not be more pleased with my experience there. My therapist, Theresa Ziegler, was kind, knowledgeable and experienced -- really top notch! She listened carefully and responded to my concerns with outstanding professional care. I was made to feel that my recovery was of utmost importance to her. I never felt rushed, but rather that I was in control of my rehabilitation, with her as my expert coach. I'm very happy with my progress and feel that I can now continue to improve my strength, flexibility, and balance on my own, but Theresa also made it clear that if I have any questions I may phone her. The receptionists are also very warm and welcoming, greeting me with a smile each time I arrived. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Kinetik Rehabilitation.

Sadly this is supposed to be a place of healing but the team of "professionals" aren't actual medical professionals and cannot assist with real healing. They are basically personal trainers, so if you just need to build muscle that's helpful, but if you have a serious injury they have nothing of value to offer. The staff will tell you one thing, and then write something else in their report to SGI so you never actually know where you stand in the injury claim process. They also do not do full reports and leave out valuable information.

Had an assessment done that resulted in zero treatment recommendations and was a complete waste of time. Beware the one psychologist who thinks she’s more qualified than multiple MDs, a psychiatrist, sleep specialist, and the sleep disorders centre - she’ll get your license suspended.
