Love the extensive diagnostic Kinetic does with their oil change and the pictures that go with it. They found that the battery that had just been replaced 2 months ago at a different place was reading failed ( verified with picture) so I was able to take it right over to that business when oil changed completed and get it replaced on warranty. Much better than discovering the problem on a -30 morning. And it’s nice knowing that soon I may need to address wearing break pads as I can put some money aside to cover it if necessary in about 6 months instead of a shocking surprise later.

I love dealing with Kinetic! Honest and reliable. They make sure I understand what the issue is, and give me a timeline as to how soon it needs to be dealt with. And the staff are great!

They’ve impressed me every step of the way! When my car wouldn’t start after a cold snap they got me in within three days, communicated every step of the way, and I felt completely supported in all of my questions and limitations. The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and it’s clear they love the work they do because they do it well.

Recently had my vehicle repaired Kinetic Auto Service Ltd. Amazing customer service throughout the process. Loved the transparency of work needed and pricing through the online report with photos and follow up conversation. I would highly recommend them! Added bonus (for 1st time customers) was this cute mug along with a delicious cookie and complimentary coffee coupon from Asha-Rose Bakery and Coffeehouse along with a $50 voucher on my next Kinetic auto service. Thanks to Mike and the awesome staff for such a great experience

Trust. Had a LOT of work done on my truck last year (cv boot, struts/shocks all around, right and left ex manifolds - including 11 of 16 broken bolts!, etc etc) and was quite happy with it at the time. Now, a year later, the passenger exhaust manifold started leaking again. They said just bring it on in and they'll check it out. They determined it was the manifold and without hesitation told me it was under warranty. This was a challenging and very time consuming fix for them, and they actually had to fix it twice and order new parts for the second time because the first fix wasn't quite good enough. All was covered under initial warranty. At no time was there ever a hint of upselling or pressure to do any other work that was outside the scope of this warranty. Very, very happy to see how they honoured their warranty with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Kinetic for any job, big or small. They do great work, and truly stand behind their repairs. Isn't that all we're really looking for? Great, honest, friendly service. The best!
