I can't agree enough with every comment here. The whole team is exceptional and Dr. Mansfield was "the BEST..!!!" She came off as extremely knowledgeable, gentle and caring. She took the time to clearly explain the situation with my cracked tooth and gave me her professional opinion on the likelihood of its long term survival to help me make an informed decision. I had a superb experience at Kelowna Endodontics. From start to finish, each person on the team gave their utmost professional excellence and skill to their work. And I felt absolutely cared for in every moment. I had a challenging situation with my root canal, so I feel I got to see Dr. Mansfield and her staff work at the top of their games. And it was impressive. I had a successful procedure with no pain. After a day or two, I had barely a hint of awareness that my tooth had been worked on. I think Dr. Mansfield is extraordinary - and so is her team.

From the minute I anxiously walked into the office my nerves started to calm. The beautiful decor and kindest staff were supportive and understanding of my anxiety. Dr. Mansfield took time to explain every part of my procedure with opportunities to ask questions and assostamt KC was a calming and reassuring presence throughout. I highly recommend this team for anyone requiring a root canal (even though I really hope I never HAVE to go back). The view from the chair doesn't hurt either.
