Not enough equipment for the amount of people sitting on their phones. No parking.This is not a safe area to be having to walk to at night. Deodorant free. Homeless in the showers. Had things stolen.Complaints go in deaf ears .The management here is terrible. Very disappointing for a YMCA the attitude here is atrocious.

We appreciate policies are in place for a reason, but the lack of flexibility and hospitality was disappointing, especially for a family-oriented facility. Never had an issue visiting YMCA locations while traveling until this Kelowna Downtown location.

As a recent regular, the Y downtown has a great, friendly, knowledgeable staff, ready to assist. The facility is clean. Always has hot water for showers- provides locks for the lockers- Towels available for a small fee. Classes for varying abilities Reasonably priced
