I had to repair in emergency my car that was really close to lose a wheel. I had to leave the same day. They accepted to take me in the morning and see what's going on. Turned out into a 10h jobs and 3000$ just to make the car safe. They made sure I would be able to come back to my place the same day off the main island. They did the job in 6hours and stayed overtime so that I could leave the same day. ++ communication and transparency with estimation and inspection (pictures, explaination sent by text or email. They also proposed to let me see by myself. Really professional. Price is really fair for quality. Staff and owner are super chill and friendly! I would definitely come back and refer this place. If I was living closer it would definitely become my main trusted mechanic. Thank you all!

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this time I absolutely had to. Five stars honestly feel too little, I would give ten if I could. K-Tech Automotive is probably the best repair shop in Victoria, maybe even on the entire West Coast. It has become the only place I truly trust with my car. Kash, the owner, is incredibly honest and genuinely trustworthy. Their work is careful, efficient, and they usually finish inspections and repairs within the same day. Their pricing is transparent and noticeably more affordable than other shops. I’ve never met another shop owner who is as kind and sincere as Kash. This time, my car had a very unusual issue. They couldn’t identify the exact cause, and Kash explained everything he and his team did in detail. Because they weren’t able to find the source of the problem, they didn’t charge me anything. I was honestly touched, at any other shop, I’m sure I would have been given a huge bill. From now on, whenever my car needs anything, I will only come to K-Tech Automotive. This is a shop you can truly trust.

A True Expert in Auto Repair! I went to three different auto shops, and none of them could fix my transport van. Even the Nissan dealership told me I needed to replace the entire transmission—for a whopping $9,000 CAD. Absolutely outrageous. Then I came here and met Jonny. He inspected everything thoroughly, communicated clearly, and solved the issue perfectly. Turns out, it was just a simple wiring short. Jonny got my van back on the road—like it’s flying again!

I highly recommend K-Tech Automotive to everyone who visits the repair shop, and I barely arrived at the deadline, but the owner immediately diagnosed the vehicle issue and made an appointment for the next morning, so I fixed it!!!What a great!! The boss is very kind, and the employees are truly experts. Don't worry about the price! It's a much more competitive price than anywhere else. I already got a quote from another car center and saved several hundred dollars here. Thank you so much to the boss once again! I'm going to be a regular here!
