The treatments were weak, overpriced, and felt pointless. The staff performing the treatments appeared untrained, had poor bedside manner, and showed little professionalism or care. Nothing about this felt like a real spa experience. It’s honestly disappointing that this the only spa in Saskatoon. For the cost, the service and quality were unacceptable. I will never go back and absolutely do not recommend this place for any treatments.

Such a lovely place to relax. I had a massage with headache aromatherapy, and it was amazing. Kristen provided exceptional service, very thoughtful and professional. I truly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this spa in Saskatoon.

Really disappointed with my pedicure and overall experience here. I was hoping that the pedicure would be top quality. The build up under my nails wasn’t cleaned out, my nails weren’t filed evenly,and when I told her she said that it couldn’t be fixed because the nails had been cut short to the skin (which she did herself). Furthermore, she didn’t ask me if I liked the color (usually they’ll ask after putting it on one nail). Or confirm. Hence I didn’t take the nail polish home like they offer. They also didn’t offer to take my coat/ I didn’t see any place where I could put my heavy winter coat. Overall, you can get better quality pedicures elsewhere.

Used to love JFY. Lately it has been feeling a bit run down. Feel like some areas could use a face lift especially for the price. I was there recently and the music kept cutting out and it took away from my experience.

Unless you are an upper class do not come here. It is beautiful, but if you don’t meet their standards, they treat you as such. I’m not quite sure how the manager became in position as she seemed very uninterested in actually being there. I have gone to salons that charge $50 for a set and have been treated 10 times better. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending.
