Went with a two-stage Diaken 80,000 BTU. After finally getting fed up with trying to keep a 36-year-old furnace happy. - Inundated the salesman (courtesy of ChatGTP) questions everything from static pressure to flow loss. Heat exchangers to building permits. More questions than a CRA Tax auditor on parole. Salesman spent 3 hours going over everything. Still wouldn't run off. I reviewed three others for my " vendors list". This was my choice. - installer's terminated PVC outside in a more attractive gray coloring (that I will admit I asked for) alternative is ugly horizontal pipe just sticking out of the side of the building like everyone else no X charge. - installers adjusted CS gas pipe so that my sliding doors would close properly for the first time in 10 years. - slight goof reinstalling old humidifier but you still get 5 out of five as included furnace cleaner (3.5 hours) a week later reinstalled and fixed it again After he was finished cleaning the vents. Can't complain. Who'd listen? Well they would because they've followed up "how's things?" Questions. Look at my reviews. If they did crappy work you'd know. If you did good work you'll know.

Highly recommended. Our furnance decided to quit on us in a frigid cold night (-27 degrees) and we woke up to a cold Calgary morning. On a friend’s recommendation, we phoned JPS. Their office ladies were comforting to a distressed caller. Thanks to their help, they were able to dispatch a tech to us on the same day. Humayoon, the tech was courteous, skillful and meticulous. He wanted to help us so much that he even drove out to the other side of the city to get the parts for us. The furnace was fixed on the same day. We woke up the next morning feeling like we were in Hawaii. JPS is budget friendly, too. We are glad to be part of JPS family. Edit: Three days later we installed a central air conditioning system. We had been wanting to get central air conditioning for years due to global warming and forest fires etc. Travis came the next day, listened to our needs and gave us a quote. Hayden and Keita (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) installed the system. The craftsmanship was outstanding. They showed us how to use it and answered our questions. We highly recommend JPS.

I just had my furnace thoroughly serviced by Mathew, included all my vents cleaned. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A couple days later I had my humidifier replaced by Ray, he brought a trainee with him. They did a great job and it feel so much better that everything is good as new. Thank again for the great work!

We had a really old 40 year old furnace installed. Thought of installing a new furnace before the cold snap hits. Reviewed couple of companies and was then visited by JPS. Jay Walker visited our house first and he gave us a breakdown on price and explained the whole process. Was really helpful and explained the furnace process and how a furnace works. On the day of installation was visited by Hayden and Ikira. Both of them very professional. They were met with several roadblocks but then ultimately got the work done. Furnace was not working at first after installation and they thought of providing us with some space heaters so that we can go through the night . But after few inspections Hayden was able to find the issue and resolved it. The furnace is working great and keeping us Crisp during this season. Huge shout out for Hayden and his support Ikira for making things work. Happy with the service and going ti recommend to everyone

We recently had JPS Furnace install a new high-efficiency gas furnace and air conditioner, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
