This was such a great experience from start to finish. The woman who did my haircut and color was beyond amazing. She was very patient, very detailed, and extremely hands-on. You can see her passion in the way she works — she really takes pride in making sure everything looks perfect. I felt heard, understood, and truly cared for. My hair has never looked this good. I’m new to the area and chose Josie’s based on the positive reviews. When I called, I specifically asked for someone experienced in cutting bangs on fine hair. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem and was booked for the next day. When I arrived, the stylist didn’t seem to know who I was or what service I had booked. I explained that I wanted a fringe and mentioned that I had just grown my bangs out and wanted them done properly. The stylist was very kind, but it quickly became apparent that she did not have experience cutting or styling bangs on fine hair. There was no round brush available to properly shape them, and the finishing with a flat iron was poorly done. When I left, they didn’t look right, and once I got home and saw them in better lighting, they were uneven and not blended well. There was also confusion about how to charge me, and I was ultimately charged for a child’s cut. I’m very disappointed, especially after specifically asking for someone with experience. Bangs are not an easy fix, and it’s frustrating to have them cut poorly after taking the time to grow them out.

I had a wonderful visit to Josie’s salon! Josie was very accommodating and fit me in quickly, Was given a warm welcome, Josie is Blessed with such a fabulous personality, very knowledgeable about what my hair needed, we had great conversation and very happy with the end result! I left with my hair feeling so healthy and shiny! Highly recommend!

100% recommended. She took care of every detail of my hair, cut it exactly how I wanted, and the color she recommended made my hair look natural. The treatment she applied left my hair silky smooth. She's very friendly, and everyone there was kind. The service and the price were all excellent. Without a doubt, it's my favorite beauty salon.
