I purchased the mid option car wash “Show and Shine” for $22. When I returned home, I realized that none of my rims got clean in the wash. The roads were not slushy or on the way. I returned the next morning to show my recippt and to hopefully get run through the was again. The employee said that it is policy that once you leave the property, they cannot provide a rewash. The employee was very kind- I know it’s not his fault and he didn’t set the policy. Kudos to the young you who came out and hand wiped my rims to get the remaining mud from them. I would not think to get out of my vehicle immediately after paying for a $22 wash to inspect the job prior to leaving the property. One star because I think this is a terrible policy, and the company should stand behind their work. If the clean isn’t complete, a rewash should be offered. Sometimes an auto wash just doesn’t get it right, but I would expect more when there are guys pressure washing in your way in. Again, Kudos to the friendly young worker who went above and beyond.

Absolute best service for great prices. Oil change gives free deluxe car wash and 20 min interior cleaning service had 6 people working on my car at once. They even cleaned the seams in the doors. Customer for life as long as the service stays this high of quality. In and out for 3 services in less than an hour.

I’m leaving this review after giving JJ’s a clear opportunity to make this right. I paid for the top wash package (the red one, approx. $28). When my vehicle came out, there was still visible soap residue, streaking, and dirt along the windows, seals, trim, and body panels (photos attached). This wasn’t minor spotting — these were obvious missed areas that should have been cleaned in a single wash. I spoke at length with the attendant and Supervisor, Wyantt, and asked for a rewash. During that conversation, I was told that even if the vehicle went through the car wash “a hundred times,” it would not clean what was left on my vehicle. Based on my experience, I disagree. I live five minutes from this location and had another vehicle washed here earlier this week with much better results, so I know for a fact that the wash can clean better than this. I explained that it was up to them whether they wanted to offer a rewash, but that I expected better quality from JJ’s. I also explained that the cost of a free rewash is minimal compared to the value of customer satisfaction, especially when the vehicle clearly didn’t come out clean. Despite this, a rewash was still refused. Throughout the discussion, the staff member was professional, but the refusal to stand behind the quality being offered was disappointing. I made it clear that I would be sharing my experience publicly and gave them the opportunity to resolve it before posting this review. That opportunity was declined. My takeaway: don’t expect a rewash here, even if your vehicle comes out visibly dirty — even if you pay for the most expensive package. That’s disappointing given the reputation JJ’s has built.

Excellent service at JJ’s Express Car Wash in Saskatoon. The car was washed and detailed very thoroughly, inside and out. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Well first time going today, have to say I'm pretty disappointed. I spent almost 30 dollars on the supreme wash, which is supposed to include under carage wash etc. my car is anything but clean and still has mud caked in my wheel wells. My rims looks awful among other things
