I hear good things about these guys so I went to get 2 back tires changed here. First, my appointment didn’t register in their system so they had no idea I was coming in. Then they told me they couldn’t find the lock nut for my tires even though I knew it was in my car. Canceled my appointment just to come home and find it in my car, exactly where it should be, in the spare tire slot:/ I swear they didn’t look. Young guy was working on it

I’ve been to many mechanic shops in Victoria, and after visiting Jimmie Eddie’s, they’re the only place I want with my car. Their attention to detail and customer service are truly top-notch, and the passion they put into their work is evident every time I’m there. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and that level of care makes all the difference.

Took my car to another auto shop as they could not fit me in last minute (my own fault, I forgot about getting an oil change/inspection until about 6 days before a 10,000km road trip), my experience at the other shop has reinforced that waiting for an opening at Jimmy Eddies is well worth it. Will be only taking my car here moving forward. I have never had a poor experience here.

absolute GEM of a mechanic. everyone is so friendly and helpful! they really went above and beyond to help me with my repairs, even providing guidance over the phone as i was looking for replacement parts. the service was also efficient and fairly priced. can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great place to take your vehicle. It was good timing to get the timing belt done. The job was done sooner and less expensive than I had anticipated. My ride feels more solid now too with a new timing belt. Thank you for making my jeep great again🤗
