Honestly I’ve been through so many dentist offices and this has been the absolute best. The staff are amazing all around so helpful. Great services overall. It’s close to my house which is a great plus but overall would recommend to anyone who asks me.

When I moved to St. Albert in 2024 I was looking for a dental practice for myself and my family. I came across a flyer in the mail and once I made the initial phone call, I knew this was the place. The person I spoke to was very friendly and accommodated all my questions. Two years in and I’ve never regretted that decision. Knowledgeable staff, Location is very clean, they do direct billing and follow up is great.

Fantastic dental clinic! The front office staff, assistants, hygienists and dentists that I have encountered are all friendly, professional and detailed in their service. I appreciate the clear communication given during my check-up, cleaning and crown replacement procedure. All team members kept me informed and comfortable during these services, and I appreciate the attention given to ensure that my new crown fit properly. As a new patient, I look forward to continuing my dental care at Jensen Lakes Dental. Highly recommend!

The staff at Jensen Lakes Dental are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Their use of advanced technology makes routine scaling/cleaning appointments a breeze! There are TV's available to watch during the appointment with a variety of streaming choices. I want to give a special thanks to Michelle, for her incredible attention to detail in making sure my teeth are super clean! Dr. Cross and Dr. Barlow are both amazing! The front staff are very kind and diligent in appointment reminders, preauthorizations and ensuring a smooth appointment!

This is hands down the best dental clinic in Edmonton. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm hello from the lovely ladies at the front. The professionals in the back take the time to explain everything and put so much effort into answering questions and making you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. This clinic perfectly balances professionalism and warmth. The dentists, hygienists and assistants are all very skilled and kind. I needed a specific time for treatment and they were kind enough to help me find a spot at one of their conveniently located sister clinics. I highly recommend this clinic!!
