All the staff here are very kind! I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Lizotte. Everything was explained in detail of what was going happen. He made sure I was not in any pain and checked in multiple times during the procedure to make sure there was no pain. I did have some concerns with bleeding later that day, and the reception desk gave me some instructions as well as Dr. Lizotte's cell number if I needing anything over the weekend. Dr. Lizotte called around 9PM to check in and see how I was doing, and if I had any question. I appreciated the call, and the kindness from Dr. Lizotte, as well as all the staff! Would definitely go back!

Entire staff were professional, helpful and supportive. Leanna was through and clear when booking my appointment. Alexa went the extra mile with me, taking my blood pressure several times and using different methods. My BP was high when it was first taken and Alexa was very good, taking her time and allowing me to relax. During my procedure both Alexa and Dr Lizotte asked if I was OK. This was very reassuring. Procedure was outlined clearly by De Lizotte. Aftercare was clearly explained by Alexa. Dr Lizotte called following the procedure to see how I was doing and said to call if I needed to. This call from the surgeon says so much about the importance of each patient. My experience with the entire team was extremely positive. Thank you. Maureen Toth

I have to say I was super anxious going to my appointment but everyone at Jasper Ave Dental was so kind, understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Gia was so kind and made me feel at ease from the moment I came in. She explained everything to me and wasn’t judgemental at all. When I saw Dr. Lizotte he was so kind as well, explained everything in detail and took the time I needed to answer my questions and provide options. The admin team and Leanne were also fabulous at the front desk, very professional and kind as well. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a dentist.

Jasper Avenue Dental is my preferred destination for dental hygiene for the last 20 years. I recommend it highly for several reasons. The front desk staff is very friendly and it puts the anxious patients at ease right from the start. Waiting room is spacious, but I have never seen more that two people waiting, as the appointments are arranged very efficiently. Patient rooms are open and very well organized with. All supplies appear when needed and are disposed when they should be. The cleaningness is a top priority. All questions are answered and the best advice is given. Since this office is located downtown, where parking is difficult it is very appreciated to have the vehicle automatically registered. Thank you for great experience.

My wife doesn’t have Google reviews so she asked me to write this. She was in for 2 implants today. Dr.Lizotte and his team (Alexa), also she was lucky enough to meet Conrad as well for her procedure. They were incredible. She was very scared but everyone made her feel so comfortable and taken care of. Thanks also to Leanna. She has no pain. Implants feel great! She can’t stop talking about how wonderful Dr.Lizotte and his team are..Highly recommend !! Thanks again Dr.Lizotte and your amazing team.
