J&H Builder's Warehouse

I reached out to some contractors when we're planning to renovate our basement. It took awhile for them to respond, it was only J&H Builders who responded to my query promptly. I am glad that I listened to my intuition, that this builder does a great job. Scott and his team - Shawn, Dave and Jareet, did a great job in our basement. They're professional, nice to deal with, they listen/discuss if I have concern. They've finished the project right on time. Definitely, will contact them again and highly recommended.

I’ve purchased products from J & H before, but this was my first time using them for both product and installation, and I will definitely be using them again. Scott and his team were fantastic. I needed a new tub surround and vanity completed before moving into my new home. After contacting multiple companies—many of which either didn’t get back to me or quoted wait times of several months—I walked into J & H and Scott immediately helped me select the right products and told me they could complete the job that same week. The contractor they sent was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. To make things more complicated, I had hired a different company to replace my baseboards, and unfortunately had to fire them about one-third of the way through the job. I reached out to Scott, showed him photos, and asked if what I was seeing was normal. He confirmed it absolutely was not—and then went above and beyond by sending someone to fix and complete the job that same day. If I could give J & H 10 stars, I would. Their professionalism, honesty, and quick turnaround times were outstanding. Thank you to the entire J & H team—I can’t wait to call you back for my basement renovation!
