I am so happy that I choose this Dental Clinic. The lady at the front desk was very friendly . Doctor Mike and his Assistant Jocelyn are very friendly and I felt so comfortable. I can't wait for my next appointment. Thank you all. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic.

I switched dental offices last year because I'm someone who gets severe anxiety at the dentist, and the team at James Bay Dental have really gone the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and okay, and always treat me with kindness. Super lovely staff and hygienists. Also, they have great lip balm! :D

So glad I found this dental clinic in my neighborhood, incredibly convenient, just a short bus ride away, or even walkable when I feel like it. Asst Katzumi and Dr. Nathalie were friendly, welcoming, and made my first visit feel comfortable right away. I also finally did my long‑overdue cleaning, and the hygienist was so gentle and reassuring. She said that despite the long gap, my teeth weren’t complicated to clean at all. The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and completely changed my perspective on dental visits. Overall, an outstanding experience. I’m grateful to have found a clinic that makes dental care feel this warm and stress‑free.

Dr Butler and her assistant were very kind and efficient. I’m not a fan of dental visits, but they made it very comfortable and painless. I had 2 previous fillings that had to be replaced. Dr Butler is very skilled and painstaking and did a wonderful job, better than what the previous dentist had done. The front office staff are friendly and polite. The only drawback was the level of noise, patients chatting with hygienists etc. However from a dental perspective, I am so glad we have found this wonderful clinic so close to our home.

Thorough. Informative. Supportive. These are the pillars of my first experience at this dentist. I hadn't been to a dentist in 16 years. I was astonished by the directness to the 1-2 issues they found; the price point of the work to be done was not an unfriendly or pressured environment. Taking charge of the health of my teeth starts an exciting journey with James Bay dental. Specifically Jocelyn and Dr. Butler (who encouraged me to call them by their first name...super progressive and a great indicator), who conducted my visit aided immensely with my comfort despite the long hiatus to care from my previous dental visit. I look forward to a bright smile and healthy mouth following my continued patient care at this dentist. 11/10 the best I have ever received for a first visit. Keep up the good work!
