My water heater stopped working on the coldest day of the winter, and David was amazing! He responded quickly and came out right away to fix the problem. His service was fast, professional, and most importantly honest. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and David definitely earned mine. David came to fix my leaking fridge, pulled it out, scratched the hardwood floor up very badly and then refused to fix it. Claimed that he had no insurance for that type of damage and then refused to even pay back the cost of the visit. Very poor customer service and communication I would not recommend.

We're so grateful that we found David with Jack Dish Plumbing and Heating. He's reliable, honest, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable. This is our first large renovation and Jack Dish is making the process much less intimidating. Hiring Jack Dish has been one of our best renovation decisions.

I had called some others before talking to David. Being in public dealing business, he clicked me a right person to deal with, with his pleasant and friendly conversation. On top of it, he offered a better price upfront that made a no brainer to deal with him. He seems quite honest and did a great job with some professional recommendatios.

I have found my new plumber! Dave communicates extremely well, and was quickly able to assess what was causing the leak in my house. There is consultation as the repairs proceed, and his work is timely and efficient. Dave goes above and beyond what I was expecting: he is tidy, organized, informative and thorough.
