Hello! I recommend to place to anyone that needs stuff done on their vehicle. They have amazing customer service and the guy that runs this place is wonderful and outgoing! They offered me coffee and water, even showed my the work that needed to be done and the things that recommended changing. I truly to recommend this place!

The manager was very disrespectful as I was talking to him over the phone today. I gave my friend money and he took my jeep to go get it flushed over a week ago, but they did not fix it, and my jeep's heat is still not working as good you would like it. So, as I called the manager today, I asked if he could refund me back my money, but he freaked out yelling at me and my friend because he got offended after I was explaining myself that the job was not fixed and that I would like my money back and that I don't want to have to go to the police. I him told sir you don't need to yell, and you don't need to freak out but he of course continued to yell at us even more and hung up angry. Very poor service, bad communication, they didn't completely fix the problem or neither did they try to fix the problem even after we told them it wasn't working right. After you pay them, they just pocket the money and keep it for themselves and don't want to refund your money back after poor service, because they think they had fixed the problem, but never did. I HIGHLY don't recommend this shop at all!!!! First time trying them too. Do not waste your money on this poor work of a shop because they don't fix the actual problem and they treat you very poorly after you have told them the problem is not fixed and they won't refund your money back or even try fix their lack of good service.

I recently went with my friend to Islam Auto Repair to address an issue with his car’s engine pump. My friend had previously brought his car in for the same issue, and they had replaced the engine pump at that time. Unfortunately, after a few days, the problem returned, and the pump didn’t seem to be working as expected. Naturally, we were concerned about having to pay for the repair again, but when we explained the situation, the team at Islam Auto Repair was incredibly understanding. Without any hesitation, they inspected the car and confirmed that the pump needed to be replaced again. To our surprise and relief, they did the entire repair free of charge since they had already charged for the initial work. This level of customer service and accountability is hard to come by these days, and we were both impressed by how they handled the situation. They didn’t try to make excuses or pass the blame—they just fixed the issue professionally. The staff was courteous, and the repair was done quickly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the original repair didn’t hold up, which was inconvenient. However, their willingness to stand behind their work and ensure the problem was resolved without any extra cost shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend Islam Auto Repair for their honesty and professionalism.
