Absolutely incredible old school bodybuilding gym. It's rare to find a raw atmosphere like this and when you do, you should cherish it. Staff is great, and prices are fair and affordable

The manager is so kind! Good music, good location, and the price is just! If you pay 4 months they make a discount, and the membership of students is more cheap.

Best gym in town. Great vibes and I don’t remember the last time I had to wait for equipment like other cookie cutter gyms around. Patt(the owner) takes the time to learn the stories of everyone that walks through the gym doors and really works hard to make it feel like home away from home. All gym owners should take a page out of his book.

I’m confident enough to say that this is hands down the best and the coolest gym I’ve ever been had the pleasure of working out at. That’s saying a lot because I’m a military firefighter and I’ve worked out at a lot of gyms! Pat, the owner, is dedicated to his business. He’s literally always here. He has put his heart and soul into making this a successful gym, not only for himself but more important for the fine people who choose to workout here. The equipment is awesome. It’s old school stuff. You feel like a true Arnold when you’re working out here. Also, no more waiting around for the bench press. He’s got more than enough! I seriously can’t say it enough times. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I look forward to coming back every day! Also for you cardio freaks out there, he’s got lots of cardio equipment too. It’s just amazing here.
