Yin Yoga at Invati Yoga is my favourite class and I’m able to get into the deepest level of relaxation. I enter a different state of mind and it’s one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. When I get my body to an extreme level of relaxation… things happen that I didn’t know existed. I highly suggest trying it out and see what I’m talking about. It’s worth it.

Invati Yoga Studio has been a very powerful and sacred space for me. I hold this place with deep gratitude in my heart. I first came here for a healing session with Ashley, and that experience led me to become part of the energy exchange program. I truly love every single yoga teacher and feel I’ve learned something unique from each of them. The space is warm, welcoming, and genuinely inclusive. There is a strong sense of community here - supportive, grounded, and rooted in care—where people truly show up for one another. I’m deeply grateful to have found a studio that feels aligned with my soul, body, and mind. This space has supported me in ways that go far beyond the mat. I love this space and everyone in it!! ❤️

I’ve been to a lot of different studios and I find the community, support and instruction at Invati to be my favourite. I feel welcome every time I walk through the door. The instructors know how to tailor their class to any level, whether you are new or been around the mat for a while. I don’t hesitate to recommend Invati to anyone I know. With regular attendance I have corrected my lower back imbalance and I now move around pain free, after years of sciatic distress. Yoga at Invati is good for my mental health as well as my physical balance.

Wonderful experience, Kelly explained us which classes to use, for Beginners. The classes are not overcrowded like the other places we were before, and the instructor's are helping and show us, how to do it, which the Prinfy did not. So far we are very content, as beginners, there are classes for all levels!!

Beautiful yoga studio with amazing community of teachers and students! Love the mix of heated and unheated classes, plus the workshops, group dinners and other offerings that expand your mind/body connection! Great for beginners or experienced yogis. Love the focus on mindfulness and living your best life!
