We have had Instant Plumbing and Heating help us out with a number of problems over the years and they have been consistently excellent. They do high quality work and they actually show up when they say they will. We've been in our new home for 5 years and haven't had any need for a plumber until recently when our newly installed water monitoring system notified us about high wanter pressure in our lines. I confirmed this myself and then called Instant Plumbing. They sent a very pleasant plumber (Kris) who made a great impression with his demeanour and also with his knowledge. He confirmed our pressure issue and then explained the options open to us and why we probably should do something to reduce the water pressure in our home. I ended up choosing what was probably the most expensive option and about 2 weeks later the parts were in and Kris came to do the installation. He showed both of us how to keep an eye on the new system, let us know about the 3 year warranty and told us to call if we had any questions or concerns. In a world where people aren't always careful and customer focused, Instant Plumbing stands out from the pack. We recommend them highly.

As you can tell by the photo i was dealing with a difficult situation (clogged main drain pipe). The technician assessed the situation and then advised on courses of action... i was able to resolve the clogged through the technician's guidance... I highly recommend Instant Plumbing & Heating... professional and fair.... from my experience this outfit will treat you fairly for services rendered.

Elijah and Charlotte were both very professional and a pleasure to work with. Charlotte was able to get my water heater running again and she even added some improvements to my outdoor vents to prevent the problem from happening again. They were very honest and fair about pricing. Excellent customer service.

I called the after hours phone line on the weekend when I had no cold water pressure on the second floor of my house. I got a quick call back with advice on how to potentially solve the problem easily on my own. It worked without having to get a plumber to come for a visit. I really appreciated that being a first time customer resulted in honest, great customer service. I will be trusting this company with any future issues that I need to hire a professional for.

This was my second time using Instant Plumbing this year, first for a hot water tank replacement in May and now for a furnace install. My quote was beyond reasonable, I felt like they were honest in what they were telling me I did or didn't need, and they were able to schedule me in for the furnace replacement within the week. Ben worked on both jobs and was on-time, tidy, and thorough in the install and explanations. Thanks again for another great experience with Instant!

Highly recommend! Kristian was so helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through everything before getting started. The quote was reasonable and he showed a clear breakdown of what was going to be charged. There were no hidden fees and everything was transparent. He fixed everything promptly and went above and beyond talking through the biggest and smallest of details. I feel very confident not only in Kristian but Instant Plumbing & Heating. Our outdoor water valve wasn’t working. Obviously this would be a concern in Calgary’s cold climate. I’m so happy I called Instant Plumbing & Heating. I was so pleased with Megan’s professionalism and skill. She was on-time, knowledgeable, efficient and even quickly installed a new shower head for us even though that wasn’t originally requested. She was excellent. Would highly recommend.
