I have been working out at Inside Out with Nicollete Goncalves for 2 years, and with her as a client for 3 years. As a woman in her early 50s who succumbed to the challenges of a busy life, my fitness was low when I began my workouts at Inside Out. Three years later my muscles are stronger, my body moves around easier with greater flexibility, and I feel better inside and out. Nicolette is an educated kinesiologist who is constantly checking in with me as we work out, gauging my body’s effort and increasing or decreasing weights to ensure I have a challenging yet enjoyable workout. She is open to providing me with details about what muscles groups are being used (I ask a lot of questions 😁), and focusing on strengthening body parts I use in my daily work as a ceramic artist. With commitment, hard work, a friendly environment, and welcoming people, I will continue to enjoy working out with Nicolette as part of the Inside Out community for years to come. P.S. We have great conversations and laugh a lot too, including a running joke about starting a podcast called, Things My Client’s Say. 🏋️‍♂️

A friend recommended Rob at Inside Out Total Wellness for massage therapy. Three appointments in and I wish I had met Rob way sooner. Zeroes in on the issues straightaway, the results are excellent, and gives very helpful guidance for home activity so that you can continue your healing journey between appointments. Thanks Rob. The team is excellent and positive uplifting community. Rob, the massage therapist is incredible, especially really focusing into the pain points and releasing tension. I highly highly recommend.

I’ve been to a few classes at inside out now and absolutely LOVE the experience every time Workouts are an absolute blast and a challenge, yoga has been amazing and EVERYONE is so so friendly Highly recommend!

We first came across this gym by chance through friends – and what a lucky find! From my very first conversation with Marie, I felt instantly comfortable. She’s warm, attentive, and truly professional. The whole team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My husband had his private sessions with Liam and was more than happy – knowledgeable, motivating, and always with a smile. We’re absolutely thrilled and can wholeheartedly recommend this studio! Thanks to all of you
