These guys are professionals because they are masters in their industry. I say this as a person with very high standards and top notch expectations when it comes to my house. Ed only hires the best, and his employees have always been excellent. I have used them a few times now, and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Ed is my go to guy, if I need anything done I contact Ed, if I leave a message, he returns my calls (and emails) right away. I have never had any concerns with his response time or the time it takes to complete the job. They finished my unfinished basement for me, this involved framing, flooring, suspended ceiling, drywall, lighting, expanded a basement window to code so it is a bedroom, interior door installation, trim, baseboards and more. I've had several compliments on the workmanship including from my realtor. If you have a job to do, don't hesitate to use them, you WILL NOT regret it.

They did work on my friends place. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Total transformation. Would highly recommend . UPDATE they were supposed to come back and bring stuff that didn't fit right, and repair the siding. This haven't heard back from them despite many many calls. Never returned any calls from messages left. I change my previous message to poorest company to do business with

I'm taking them to Small Claims Court for their horrible worksmanship. I hired them to repair the roofing but due to their poor worksmanship they did not connect remove the exhaust from the house which caused massive mold build-up on the entire roof and extensive water damage. When I called them to come and check their work - they came and admitted their faulty work and planned to come back and fix the washroom. But after REPEATEDLY messaging/calling/texting them they ghosted me and did not return any of my calls/texts/messages. I had to call SGI insurance to see if they'd cover the damage but instead SGI Insurance then reached out to Innovation Renovation themselves and even after that they did not come out to fix the work. I had to resort to hiring a different company and the estimate for the damage came out to THOUSANDS. The mold ended up causing health issues as well. AVOID THEM.

I just wanna say that they did an amazing job. They were willing to travel to my place 1h30 away. Checked in on them from time and love seeing the progress they were doing. Everything about the work was done as i expected them to do .They went out of there way to clean up after them selves and repair replace anything that needed to be replaced. We don't regret choosing innovation renovation. They're courteous fast reliable safe. They booked me on oct 3rd and they showed up on oct 3rd. Thank you

Excellent - they allowed me to do a payment plan over a couple months and did my entire roof over a two-day period while I was at work. I honestly never saw them! The fact that I never cleaned up a mess or worried about the job really impressed me and gave me great confidence and I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors as a result. The roof looks great - thanks Darren!
