I had an excellent experience at my first visit to Inner Balance Spa! The infrared sauna was a great way to start the treatment on a chilly winter’s day. Relaxing, peaceful and private. My Therapeutic massage with Parag Bhatt, following the sauna, was exactly what I needed. He clearly understood my concerns and did a fantastic job of helping me relieve the aches & pains from a heavy week of training. Parag was thorough, communicative and to my appreciation, able to provide significant pressure, easing my sore muscles. I left the spa feeling very relaxed, I look forward to my next visit, thanks again Parag!

I was in that Spa, which is great place.I had massage with Tatiana. Tatiana is amazing! She creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that you relax from the very first minute. Her touch is gentle yet strong, and she knows exactly how to release tension and bring balance back to the body. After each session, I feel lighter, calmer, and full of energy. She’s a true professional who really cares about her clients. Highly recommended!!!!

Atmosphere of the spa is so welcoming and comforting, So many welcoming faces and amazing service. They have Fall/Halloween decor up right now showing that they are more than just a business. Well done to the mind behind that. Cant wait to see what they’ll do for Christmas!

I had a wonderful therapeutic massage with Merides at Inner Balance Spa. They fit me in on short notice (same day!) and were incredibly attentive to my concerns - my quads were crampy and sore after an intense bike tour. Merides used exactly the right amount of firm pressure, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the setting was beautiful: calm, clean, and welcoming. Prices were competitive for the quality of care and experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing expert bodywork in a peaceful environment!

I had such a great experience with my skin specialist for a facial. She knew my skin, asked the requirements and gave effective tips to maintain a routine. They never came across pushy or “too fancy” for us vibe , which you normally you’d get at some spas. I’d recommend their services to anyone long to rejuvenate their skin for a special occasion.
