I’ve had a positive experience from the beginning. Girl is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me the issue I was having from day 1. Worked on it and within couple of weeks I felt back to 100%. Everyone is friendly and patient, I recommend this place because Giri seems to have a great team with him.

I had an awesome experience at In Step physio centre! Dr. Neha is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They helped me recover from a lower back injury, and I’ve seen great improvement thanks to her treatment and dedication. All the staff is very nice and helpful as well. Really appreciate the excellent work—highly recommended!

Giri and his team are extraordinary! I've been to a few physiotherapists and honestly, nothing compares to In Step Physiotherapy. Giri is a Vestibular Specialist and has over 25 years experience, he is confident in his ability and rightly so. I had a bad concussion, the nerves at the bottom of my legs were not communicating with my brain so every fourth step went to the left, I had a severe SI injury, whiplash and spinal issues. All the naysayers talk about how you'll never be the same again but the Improvement has already exceeded my expectations. Not only do you get the physiotherapy treatment but you also do the exercises in the gym after the treatment. This is great because you can use specialized equipment that you wouldn't normally have at home or possibly could not afford. My balance and stability have increased dramatically, the effects of the concussion are gone, I can actually walk straight and I had a really bad Tremor and my head was always shaking. My friend mentioned the other day she doesn't see it anymore. In just over two months my body has changed to the degree that other people notice and comment. So, there has been an increase of self-confidence. In all honesty I will not go to another physiotherapist after I've experienced treatments with Giri. He is so friendly and personable and even my insurance provider has expressed how impressed they are with my progress. To get results like this though you have to do the work. His team of assistants are top-notch as well. They are very knowledgeable in the exercise programs and techniques. They too are very personable, friendly and patient. I really enjoy going there and once my treatments through my insurance company end I will continue to go monthly. Among other reasons this is mainly because I do not need any Chiropractic adjustments and the treatments, in my opinion, are better than a massage, and I want to continue keeping my body at its best. Thank you In Step Physiotherapy for getting me to a point that I never thought I'd be at and I'm excited for the Improvement that is still to come! If this is the first time you're looking for a physiotherapist or even looking for a new one. Don't look any further. InStep Physiotherapy is the smart choice!
