I urgently needed a new dentist to deal with my tooth pain. I was able to easily book an appointment and get a diagnosis within 1 week. I needed a root canal, and was able to book several appointments in a 6 week span to take care of everything: cleaning, root canal, and fillings. I had a superb experience the whole time! The receptionist was super friendly and went over my insurance coverage each time. Dr Nolan and the dental assistants were very professional, and went above and beyond to clearly explain to me the procedures they did, what exactly was wrong with my teeth, and what I should do to better take care of my teeth. They were very gentle and patient despite my root canal being rather difficult, for which I'm extremely appreciative. Highly recommend!

Annual Checkup and Cleaning. 6th time back Jessica the receptionist is great as always. Very on top of her game. Dr. Bowker performed excellent work and would definitly rebook with her again.

For an easy, seamless and judgment-free experience, Impression Dental is the place to go! The staff really considers your financial circumstances and they do not try to coerce you into additional treatment. They thoroughly explain any pressing risks to teeth, available treatment options, as well as what you're covered for. I've seen both Dr. Erin Bowker and Dr. Nolan Chan, and they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Nimmi is an incredibly kind dental assistant and always makes sure you're feeling comfortable. I always considered going to the dentist as a burden, but Impression Dental ensures that it never feels like an arduous task. Thank you for the excellent service!

Friendly staff, go up and above for you. Always remembered our names and things that we told them from previous appointments. Always picked up the phone and handled appointments quickly and friendly. Very clean waiting area. Just an amazing dental place. Best in Edmonton. Right on whyte and has parking in the back. Friendliest staff.

Today I visited Impression Dental, and I am pleased to share that it was a very positive and reassuring experience. Although the approach to dental care here is quite different from what I was used to in Hong Kong, and I was initially concerned about potential language barriers due to my limited English, the entire process went smoothly. While Dr. Sharon Eng was not available today, I was fortunate to be cared for by a team of exceptionally kind and professional staff. From the moment I entered the clinic, Jessica welcomed me warmly and helped me feel at ease. Nimmi later communicated with me clearly and respectfully, ensuring I understood what to expect. Most notably, Ms. Hassina Fazli, the registered dental hygienist who performed my treatment, was incredibly patient and thorough. She explained each step in a simple and detailed manner, which greatly helped reduce my anxiety. Following the appointment, I could clearly sense the difference and effectiveness of the treatment compared to my past experiences. I sincerely thank the entire team at Impression Dental for their care, professionalism, and respectful communication. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.
