My experience at Idyll Dental was excellent. I have some health issues that cause stress during visits to a dentist. The dentist was patient with my concerns, and made every effort to accommodate me and make me more comfortable. I was thrilled with the results of the work done. I would highly recommend Dr Karen to anyone and especially anyone who experiences stress during dental procedures. I was able to get in a little early and had my concerns addressed right away. There were several teeth that needed attention that I didn’t know about. Dr Randawha took care of them in the same appointment, which I appreciated very much. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I would certainly recommend Idyll Dental to everyone.

My first time to try out the Dental Clinic. They were all accomodating and made sure that you are comfortable. They were all dedicated to their work and strive hard to give you excellent service. Highly recommended. I told my co-workers in the hospital to go there!

Truly appreciate your compassionate care for a senior. Your approach and explanations put mom at ease and the ability to have the work done at that appointment making a one stop shop was beneficial. Also thank you for having the federal dental plan billing access all set up to help with the financial cost. Your whole team was kind and patient, your servace was much appreciated, thankyou.

I had my first visit to Idyll Dental , and from start to finish their team was incredible. The warm welcome at the reception set the tone and the dentist and technician were genuinely caring, patient and relatable. My tooth was on the verge of collapse, and I was hesitant about removing it but the dentist thorough and thoughtful assessment reassured me and she convinced me not to leave without taking care of it. I was worried about the aftermath, but the post-treatment care was excellent and I barely had any issues at all. It’s refreshing to find a dentist where you are not just a number but who truly provides one-on-one personalized care.
